Core Values

We are committed to provided a diverse, inclusive place to work that stands up for equality across the board for all it’s people and the world as a whole. And we seek ways to be more inclusive than just protected traits, but beyond that with transparency and visibility for our decisions from our project teams to the executive levels.

Our Pledge for a Diverse Work Culture

We want the best people for the job.  And we prioritize what people are capable of over what attributes they came into the world with or discovered about themselves.  We start with blind interviews, putting the candidate’s resume and experience over looks.  And we build from there.  We are in favor of keeping the candidates cameras off to allow the skills to shine, so we make sure to ask our candidates to keep those cameras off.

If a candidate requests an accommodation, we don’t put limits on what those accommodations need to be.  We let our candidates inform us as to what would make them the most comfortable.  We also shift those requests out of view, meaning that no one that is performing an interview handles the execution of those accommodations. They are simply told what they need to successfully explore a candidate’s experience and skills in an interview and no more.

Our Pledge for an Inclusive Work Environment

We strive to go beyond what is minimally required of us to ensure an inclusive work environment for all our employees and contractors.  Yes, it is extremely important and encumbent upon us to treat everyone with respect, care, and compassion. But above that, we also strive to provide transparency and visibility.

Our Pledge for Equality in Compensation, Treatment, and Resolution

We may operate outside of the unions typically known for the kind of work we do for some of our projects, while others we align to the organizations that have always protected their members when it comes to fair compensation, treatment, and resolution.
